Hi Daryl,
Many thanks for this.
I feel i should note that i have
tried the checklist approach where
i ask the agencies a few questions
about the role.
The agencies then don't put you forward for the role
as they don't want to answer questions they
don't know the answer to.
You can tell the agency has literally
just been given the jobspec and nothing more.
The agent has not probed into what the role entails
for the candidate.
This is dire for the candidate.
Also i have been along for interviews
where the agency has told me it is this format
ie. will go through your work history,
and on attendance they do anything but this.
What is the point of the preparation?
Kind regards
Simon
